2. What data we process and why

This website is an informational site. We only process personal data in the following cases:

a) Contact form

We collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), subject of the enquiry and the content of the message. The sole purpose is to handle and reply to your enquiry and, where applicable, to maintain the contact arising from it.

We do not use this data to send you unsolicited marketing, we do not pass it to third parties for advertising purposes, and we do not take automated decisions or build profiles with it.

b) Direct contact by email, phone or WhatsApp

If you write or call us on your own initiative, we will process the data you provide for the sole purpose of replying to you.

c) Technical server logs

Our server keeps access logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) for security reasons and for the correct operation of the service. These logs are kept for a maximum of 14 days and are not used to identify individuals or for analytics.

3. Legal basis

  • Contact form: your consent, given by ticking the corresponding box and submitting the form (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
  • Contact on your own initiative: steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Technical logs: our legitimate interest in ensuring the security and availability of the website (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Retention period

We keep the data from the form for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, thereafter, for a maximum of two years in case you get back in touch. After that period it is deleted, unless there is a legal retention obligation or an ongoing contractual relationship, in which case the legally prescribed periods apply.

5. Recipients and processors

We do not disclose your data to third parties except where legally required. To provide the service we rely on the following suppliers, which act as processors and with which the corresponding article 28 GDPR agreement is in place:

  • OVH Hispano, S.L.U. (European Union) — hosting of the website and the outgoing mail server.
  • Resend, Inc. (United States) — technical delivery of the email generated by the contact form.

6. International transfers

Sending the form email involves a transfer of data to the United States (Resend, Inc.). That transfer is covered by the appropriate safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR: standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You may request a copy of those safeguards by writing to info@hiveprojet.com.

If you would rather avoid this transfer, you can contact us directly by phone or email instead of using the form.

7. Your rights

You may exercise the following rights at any time:

  • Access: find out what data of yours we process and obtain a copy.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure («right to be forgotten»): request that we delete your data when it is no longer necessary.
  • Restriction of processing: ask us to keep the data without processing it in certain circumstances.
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
  • Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Withdrawal of consent: at any time and without retroactive effect.

To exercise them, send a request to info@hiveprojet.com or by post to Calle de la Palma 12, Bajo, 28004 Madrid (Spain), quoting «GDPR – hiveprojet.com» and stating your full name, the right you are exercising and an address for notifications. We may request a copy of an identity document where there is reasonable doubt as to your identity.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid.

8. Data security

The website is served entirely over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS). We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorised access. Access to the messages received is limited to the company's management.

Nevertheless, since the impregnability of the internet cannot be guaranteed, we undertake to notify you without undue delay of any security breach likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, in accordance with article 34 of the GDPR.

9. Minors

This website is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we find that we have received data from a minor without the consent of their legal guardians, we will delete it.

10. Links to third-party sites

This website contains links to third-party pages (for example, Instagram or tattoostocks.com) that are not operated by HIVE PROJET, S.L. Their owners have their own privacy policies and are responsible for their own processing activities.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect regulatory changes or changes in how the website works. The date of the latest review appears at the top of this page.
